The room was small and rundown. Early morning you can heard the hotel staff talking loudly outside the room at the corridor. The wifi is very slow.

入住跟我說沒資料 要我自己打電話跟HOTELS確認 後來HOTELS回撥給他們 遠洋才說那是外網訂房間 他們沒確認到 所以沒有留房間 我訂一大床 結果給我兩小床 白天服務員的態度還可以 房間有煙味 住了兩天還是一樣有味道 網路要登入台胞證的號碼 白天的服務員很肯定的說是有英文的身分證號 但是也連不到 急著出門就算了 晚上回來問服務員 在玩他的手機也愛理不理 也說是身分證號 還說是有英文的號碼 我們很堅持說連不上去 他才很不情願看電腦 才改口說是台胞證號不是身分證號 態度真的不是很好 網路也是一整個麻煩 一個人就一個帳號 你手機用 電腦就不能用 很不方便 優點就是離地鐵很近 離王府井也很近 故宮用走的也可以到 沒吃早餐所以不評論 房間算乾淨 廁所比房間亮 隔音還不錯

#### Sentralt og helt ok strandard.

Vi booket dette rommet på grunn sv beliggenhet og deg var god beliggenhet, 10 minutters gange til hovedgaten og en subway stasjon rett rundt hjørnet. Hotellet var helt okey, litt slitt her og der, sengene var harde, og døren til toalettet gikk ikke ordentlig igjen. Dusjen var kjempe bra. Det var et reisebyrå på hotellet som hjalp oss så godt de kunne. Veldig få av de som jobbet resepsjonen snakket engelsk, men vi fikk god hjelp av en av de som tok i bruk Google Translate. Sentralt, men standarden var dessverre skuffende.

Nice hotel, not too expensive, nearby the center (Forbidden city, Lama temple, big shopping mall nearby etc.), very good connection to the subway and an airport shuttle bus - in front of a really good hotpot restaurant - continental breakfast is ok. Would be nice if they speak English better :)

#### Rooms reek of smoke

The room reeked of cigarette smell and the lobby looked like it was in need of some refurbishment. However, the room was still clean overall and the hotel was located very near to the subway station, making it convenient to get around.

hotel vicino al centro,metro' a 50 metri la zona vicina piena di buoni posti dove cenare pranzare e piena di attivita'... nostra camera vista citta' molto bella,pulizia un po' carente,polvere ovunque e la colazione non continentale presenti solo cibi cinesi... credo che ha questo prezzo si possa trovare di meglio!!!

とにかく接客態度が酷いです。 北京全般に言える事ですが英語が通じないのはともかく聞いてくれようとしてくれる事もありませんでした。 悲しくなりました。

中国の方すべてがそうではないとは思いますが、このホテルの接客は最悪です。 一切笑みは無く英語も聞いてくれることはありません。 真顔で領収書を投げ出してくるような感じです。 北京語が堪能で中国の接客になれた方でしたらお勧めしますが旅行で利用される方には お勧め出来ません。 立地や値段にだまされないでください。気持ちよく旅行したい人には向きません。

#### ONCE IN A LIFE TIME VACATION ""RUINED""

My family and I took a 10day vacation to China from 05/24/09 to 06/02/09 and booked my vacation online 6 months in advance to stay at this hotel and it was paid 6 mos in advance too. When I got there was no one that spoke english but 20 minutes after a 16 hour flight some one that spoke a little English came out to tell me that my 2 rooms were not available because they over booked. She took me walking around to look at some other hotel that looked like really old motels with no AC and I told her no and she kept looking but would not booked me at a decent hotel. I try to tell her to call online company and she would not, we finally took a 2 star decent inn because it was not even a full hotel and left us there without even checking back with us during our stay there. I went back to her hotel but they kept telling me she was not there. ""DO NOT STAR HERE"". Horrible experience.
