The front desk and cleaning personnel were friendly, helpful, and patient. The rooms were quite spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Water was given to us every day. There are nice amenities the room. The heating was too high and could not be controlled. The carpets looked like they had been down for a number of years past their sell by date. Checkout took over twenty minutes with the desk clerk looking at his monitor for at least ten minutes. The reviews this hotel had saying it was good could only have been posted by the management. I have never posted a review before with over thirty years of travel but this was really beyond my high tolerance level.
