NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
This room and hotel itself was very clean and streamlined. I was worried I would give an extra fee as I saw many other have issues with that.

The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The staff were all very pleasant including the maid staff. The location was excellent t for going to the theatre and there were plenty of places to ear near by. The room was spacious and comfortable.
