They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. "Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "

"The hotel and my room were clean, comfortable, and had view of the sea and the castle. I was forced to change room, because someone had obviously smoked in the room before my entering, even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. The culinary experience was also good."

"Yes yes yes. Great service! Really nice staff! The room was quite big and had a nice cosy balcony. 10 minutes walk from beach and 15 minutes from the bar-street. "A cheap and cheerful apartment in a good location. A bit rough around the edges and lacked a bit in the way of pots and pans etc. but I have no doubt the extremely friendly and accommodating owners would have sorted out anything extra we might have needed (we ate out all week so this wasn't even an issue for us). Basic, as reflected in the extremely good value, but very clean with very comfortable beds and a good hot shower. For the price we paid, we couldn't have been happier."
