La résidence est très bruyante et il y a beaucoup de vis à vis. Notre appartement était à l’etage Et donnant sur l’aire de jeux des enfants ! Horrible les premiers dont là à 8h et les derniers y sont encore à 23h!! Lorsque notre voisin du dessus fumait sur sa terrasse la fumée entrait par notre fenêtre de chambre. L’ensemblé est mal conçu et très mal isolé. Aucunes fenêtres n’a d’oscillo battant, les rideaux sont tellement abîmés qu’ils ne sont plus occultants. En outre il y a des arrivées et des départs tous les jours ce qui entraînent des bruits de valises incessants. Le ménage du logement est p’us que sommaire, la douche vieillotte était pleine de moisissures. Sur le site il y a une petite piscine non surveillée accessible de 10h à 20h. Mais derrière la haie de cette piscine il y a une route très circulante c’est donc très bruyant et pas très agréable d’entendre les Klaxons et autres bruits de véhicules. Plage à 500 mètres ( un peu loin avec des petits et tous le matériel nécessaire) centre bourg avec un coccimarket une boulangerie un bar et une pizzeria à 10 minutes à pied. En conclusion c’est cher par rapport à la qualité des prestations. Je ne recommande pas.

On m’a attribué un logement très sale, qui sentait le moisi plein de cafards. Honnêtement la région est magnifique et la piscine de la résidence très correcte sauf le pédiluve et les poubelles qui sont rarement changé et nettoyées. Nous avons même aperçu des souris qui se promenaient. Personnel sympa surtout celui qui au bar et qui anime les petites soirées. Très gentil et serviable. Nous avons appris que la résidence est en faillite c’est pour cela qu’aucun effort n’est fait pour la rénovation, le nettoyage etc. Bon séjour au delà du fait qu’il fallait vaporirer des bombes insecticides non stop. Trois devis par la propreté !!! Je ne mettrai pas de photos mon commentaire étant très clair pas besoin d’agraver Les choses et de dégoûter certaines personnes

Lovely break, that could have been slightly better

Generally a nice stay in a lovely area. Unfortunately, the resort feels a little tired, and under-maintained. Pool area was nice (if chilly), well located, mostly helpful staff (although when we asked for certain things to be fixed, they were not done in a hurry). Language was a slight barrier, but most of the staff tried their best. Batz-sur-Mer and surrounding area is really lovely. Particular things that we had trouble with were: Bathrooms were tired, and needed a jolly good bleaching - or more realistically maintenance. The accommodation was generally damp. Dishwasher, kettle & some of the supplied saucepans were faulty on arrival The communal laundry didn't work when we tried to use it the first time. It seems that almost all of the other guests were on an all inclusive deal, and probably weren't as concerned about the cooking facilities as we were for this reason. They all had a restaurant to go to. We addressed these issues with the venue, and they made what steps they could reasonably do to resolve them. It's well located. Batz-sur-Mer is a charming village (particularly fab boulangerie & creperie), and Le Croisic (Ocearium & Port), Le Pouliguen (awesome beach and promenade) & La Baule (lovely beach and restaurants) are all lovely.

Lieu bien placé, proche de la mer et du centre vil

Séjour très positif A l'arrivée nous avons demandé un autre logement car on nous avait attribué un logement pour personne à mobilité réduite comprenant une tout petit frigo et une salle de bain uniquement équipée d'un siège.. La personne à la réception a bien répondu à notre demande en nous attibuant un logement adapté à 4 personnes
