Summary: This historic 1950s Fidelity National Bank has been transformed into a dynamic, 9-story high-rise working and living space with a fully stocked grocery on the ground level. Conveniently situated on Third Street, the location boasts a range of offerings, including restaurants, lounges, live music venues, museums, and cultural & historic experiences. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of downtown Baton Rouge and floor to ceiling windows in the living area. The Space: ⋆ FREE parking for one (1) vehicle in the adjacent surface lot ⋆ One (1) pet under 50 pound is welcome for an additional $25/day up to $175. ⋆ Early check-in / late check-out may be requested for an additional $30, subject to availability. BEDROOMS - One (1) bedrooms with a queen bed. Luggage racks and iron & an ironing board available for use. BATHROOMS - One (1) en-suite, full bathroom. Personal hygiene items (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are not provided. LIVING SPACE - Open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows. 60" Smart TV allows guests to log-in to any of their personal streaming accounts, or connect with a smart phone and screen share. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay as well as use of the terrace on the 5th floor and BBQ area. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We spent the night Friday night out of necessity because we got into town so late and we left early the next morning. So we booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 8 hours.
