The staff here was just unbelievably friendly and helpful answering every question I posed about the local atmosphere where to go what to do and we're not to go excellent one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at kudos to the the manager and her staff

This was a super cute hotel and resturant with a great location! The only negative was you had to pay for parking.

This is a cute new boutique hotel experience operated by some horrible employees. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM. I could not find anyone to check me in. This was because the girl working the front desk was asleep on the floor. I checked in and went to my room, and things were fine until around midnight, when the fire alarm started beeping. I called the front desk, no answer. I called again three more times throughout the night, and there was no answer. I did not sleep. When I checked out the next morning, the new lady working the front desk proclaimed, "I've been here all night, and you never called, so that's your fault." Unbelievable. Again, this was an old Holiday Inn Express recently renovated with new owners. I guess the hiring pool must be pretty sad in Baton Rouge. I would NEVER stay here again.

Ridiculous light on thermostat is like a head light in your face. Unable to turn off. Staff states that it cannot be turned off.

LOVE THIS PLACE! An exceptional value hotel. Cool, modern, clean new property. We paid twice as much for far less in New Orleans the previous two nights. Parking on the street took a while to figure out, in a pouring rain, but it is way less expensive than the hotels $36 valet parking. That is too much for me. The hotel bar was a refreshing bargain with a "Happy Hour" lasting until 7:00 and way, way above average cocktails. Food looked very good, wish we had stayed here for dinner. We paid too much for dinner at a nearby restaurant, although it was good. I'm all about getting a bargain, which is harder to find these days.

Weekend rate too high. Charged for second night even though I did not use room. Electrical sockets did not work in room. Light missing and not working in bathroom to be able to see adequately.

Hotel is very clean and service is good but the amenities are sad. The pillows are not soft enough and high, I woke up several times with awful neck pain. The A/C has a very bright panel in a small dark room, this made it bet hard to sleep. A bottle of water is $5.50 and the ice machine on my floor was not working. Room just felt bare especially for the price. I’m guessing because of the location but I didn’t choose the hotel for that reason; I chose it because it was supposed to be really nice going by the reviews ands star rating. I was looking for a comfortable night and ended with a crappy night sleep. it was disappointing.

Everything was unique about it. The staff, the tiger theme, the cleanliness and the location. Very close to the river, old state capitol and war museum The hotel condition is extremely good, clean and new. the tiger theme/ wallpaper is very cool. The staff was very helpful and polite. They have valet parking for $32 a day but you also have the option to park outside which is cheaper, more convenient and close. The rooms were extremely clean, good Nespresso coffee machine and bathroom products. the stickers given are super cool too!
