The house was as listed in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, easy to find off the main road, and easy to navigate to shopping, food, and LSU. The house is very spacious the way the floor plan is laid out and well kept. We cooked every meal here rather than eating out and had everything we needed to do so. Bathrooms were clean as well as the towels. One thing missing were washcloths. Hand towels were available. Not a huge deal and we just bought our own to use and take home. I did notice upon arrival that quite a few windows were “locked” but able to be opened due to not being closed shut all the way. The windows are the type that open from the top or bottom so I see how it happened. Just something to check on upon arriving. I didn’t report this, just simply closed them and locked them. We did not receive any check out instructions so just made sure we cleaned up well and disposed of the trash. I messaged Eduardo once during the stay with no response (which was fine) and upon leaving, again with no response. No biggie to me but it might be to someone else new to VRBO that needs assistance or directions.Overall, perfect stay and we would book again if we return!! ##### Bran M.
