« Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et moderne. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le seul bémol c’est la personne de la réception du soir qui était un peu perdu (peu d’expérience ou d’envie, nous n’avons pas bien compris). Dans tous les cas nous avons passé un très bon sejour. »

L'accueil à l'hôtel n'est pas très sympathique et le personnel ne parle pas anglais, comment est ce possible en 2024 de ne pas parler anglais dans un hôtel. Séjour très moyen et je ne choisirais plus cet établissement si je revenais à Constance »

« A notre arrivée, le code reçu au moment de la réservation ne fonctionnait pas sur la borne dédiée au check-in. Nous sommes allés à la réception où on nous a confirmé que notre réservation était bien enregistrée. Heureusement qu'une personne était présente à cette heure-là, si nous étions venus plus tard, nous n'aurions pas pu prendre notre chambre. Séjour très bien passé par ailleurs. »

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre spacieuse et moderne. Petit déjeuner très bon. Le seul bémol c’est la personne de la réception du soir qui était un peu perdu (peu d’expérience ou d’envie, nous n’avons pas bien compris). Dans tous les cas nous avons passé un très bon sejour. "
