"We had a restful stay in Victor's guest house! It was private and safe with all the essentials. The location was perfect for exploring the entire island. Fresh linens were provided. The patio is perfect for coffee or an evening beverage. Victor warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was available if needed. "
"This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers but eventually you get one and pricing is reasonable. There are taxis available from the airport to the location, but you won't find any around once there. There is a website that you can schedule a pick up ahead of time for taxi travel. Overall we are very pleased with the accommodation itself at this location. 5 stars for the home!"

"My husband and I loved this property. We explored all over São Miguel and it seemed like no matter where we went, we were no further than an hour away. The house is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). My absolute favorite part was the terrace and surrounding garden. There's an abundance of oranges, grapes, figs, and bananas which we were able to pick almost every day and gave us a tropical outdoor oasis to relax in. It's just on the outskirts of the village, so traffic isn't crazy, but it's close enough that we walked to the center several times to eat. This is such a beautiful space and an excellent location for anyone who wants to get out and explore anywhere on the island."
