Come stay at our super cute tiny house professional built, Like many tiny homes, it has a lofted Queen bed accessed spiral steps, From the loft platform you'll have great views of the nearby landscape of Bastrop state park. A charming seating area is underneath the loft, and the wall table also conveniently folds out to offer another sitting area. There's a sizable well stocked kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, eating nook, as well as a full bathroom with a standing shower. Tiny house is near Bastrop State Park, 5 minute drive, also downtown Bastrop is about a 5 minute drive. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay or if you want to have the whole tiny house experience, we'll think you will enjoy our tiny house. We listed our spare rental to accommodate any last minute bookings for our guest or any extended stays. As for comfort, you can adjust the thermostat yourself. We strive to keep the Tiny house as allergy free as possible so that future guests are confident they'll be comfortable when here. We prohibit smoking, e-cigarettes, incense, burning of candles, or anything else that will give the place a strong scent that might impact a future guest. We even strive to rent to non-smokers only, that way the particulates that cling to clothing can't be transferred to the couch, pillows, drapes, etc., and possibly affect future guests. Conveniently located just off Hwy 71 easy access, only minutes from Downtown Bastrop, Buc-ee's, HEB Plus and Walmart. Our past guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful is around here. We love it here and we love to be able to share our experience with our guest. Perfect place to stare at the open sky at night and experience the stars glowing back at you. Please do not leave the doors/windows open to avoid these little creatures from coming indoors. ✦ Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. ✦ Our Tiny home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help. ✦ We’ve implemented Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines. ✦ The other nearby buildings on the property are used for storage and are off limits to the guest. Bastrop is the kind of town that dreams are made of, with a downtown so charming, Located about 100 miles northeast of San Antonio, Houston. Bastrop retains the best of small-town Texas (a quaint main street! American flags draped everywhere!) while still reaping the big-city benefits of nearby Austin (25 minutes to the airport!). Today, Bastrop is home to a famous DJ, a famous chef, a famous writer, and like every other place in Texas, there is speculation that Elon Musk is moving here, too. A visit to downtown Bastrop is akin to a choose-your-own adventure. Want to catch a buzz? Bastrop Beer Company, Colorado River Winery, 602 Brewing Company, and Cooper Shot Distillery all sit within a three-block radius. Hungry? Neighbor's Kitchen + Yard, Base Camp Deli, Anita's Mexican, and Tough Cookie Bakery all come highly recommended. Need a dose of nature? Take a stroll down to Fisherman's Park to find river access, as well as canoe and kayak rentals, a kiddie splash pad, and playground. Bastrop State Park, a 10-ish or so minute drive from downtown, offers camping, picnic area, swimming, biking and hiking, and fishing. Please use the designated area for smoking outside & use ashtray to throw away cigarette buds in trash. if found, smoking or consuming drugs inside home, there is $1000 fine. 5\. No parties. 6\. No candles are allowed. 7\. Do not use premises for illegal substances. 8\. A pet-friendly space must add pets to the reservation, or it will be canceled automatically. 9\. By making a reservation, you accept that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, on the property, whether inside or outside. 10\. Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Vrbo and unfortunately won't be able to book with us again. Reasons to get terminated immediately, and there will be no reimbursement: Partying, trashing the place, exceeding the maximum capacity of guests without letting us know, disrespecting our place.
