"We really enjoy our time at The Pelican Point beach house. The location is awesome, right on the beach. Everything is spotless! House is impeccable and has everything you need. We will come back for sure. Bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms super clean. The outside is gorgeous and has plenty of seating to enjoy the view. It even have a shower outside with cold and hot water!. I recommended 100%. "

"Overall, our time here was amazing! We stayed two nights and held an event (there was a very reasonable extra cleaning fee). Alberto’s communication was excellent and speedy. The pictures on the listing are a little blurry so I was a little concerned, but the property exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, large, and beachy! The only part that was not perfect was the downstairs apartment with a few unclean ceiling tiles, and it felt a little clinical & forgotten down there. Overall, a great location! Barely any people at this area of the beach, saw tons of sea turtles, and everything was fully stocked in the houses!"

"Beautiful house with so much room for a large family. Clean and modern with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool and deck views of the ocean. Beach is so close and very private. Loved our stay at Sea Oats and would return again. "
"Location and the private beach were amazing. The house is a little older and the couches a little worn out but it fit us perfectly. We literally had the beach to ourselves for an entire week! A few “neighbors” two days but they were several houses down and no bother at all. Local food was amazing. We all really loved our stay and had a great time. "
"Great location for those looking for beach side relaxation with family. You can easily accomendate part of the family downstairs with its own kitchen, two bedrooms and bath. Accomendations worked prefectly for grandchildren and their parents there and rest of the family upstairs with full kitchen and wonderful view of the waves crashing on the beach. Everyone who stayed there and all the family that came to visit loved the place. Really appreciated having a gate to close and keep our dog safe in the yard. Even if he did manage to escape to run on the beach by himself.It would have been nice to have more clothes / towels, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. We like to be able to clean counters and floors after each meal but had to resort to paper towels. Kinda wasteful. Some better knives and utensils would be great, however I understand that not all renters take proper care of those items so it may not be worth the investment.I think the host Obed was very caring and accomendating. Made me feel like I was renting from a friend. I would definately stay here again."
