« It was great to stay here for the weekend after getting married. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the cabin is both rustic in appearance and modern in amenities. The view from inside the cabin, the wonderful hot tub, and the surrounding area really just make it a perfect place to relax. « Nothing beats Sky River Lodge. This year was our third stay, and we made sure to bring lots of dvds for the rainy weather, enjoyed fires in the fireplace, took chilly walks along the river, and took full advantage of the incredible loft. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else, as it’s perfect for us and our dogs. »

Everything regarding the booking, checking in, and checking out was a breeze and the rest and relaxation began immediately. « The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s so cute and homey. The hot tub was perfect and surrounded by lush green forest with the babbling river in the background. « The cabin worked out well for my wife and I. Very, very quiet and peaceful. I’m not one to just sit around. This may be the first time I’ve ever just spent the day lounging. The back patio was perfect for this. Beautiful view of the river and the sounds of water. « The host of this place was very kind, I was having some difficulties seeing the check in information and the host was very communicative and timely with the responses. The house is beautiful, it felt intimate with being away from the city but it was still close enough to stores.
