In a city by the sea, the joy of an 80 square metre terrace with a sea view! ... and an elegant and comfortable flat for 4 people in a modern and efficient building.  
The flat's equipment is top-notch: a fully equipped kitchen (induction, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, microwave and traditional oven, fridge with freezer), air conditioning, 65‘’ TV, and high-quality fixtures that guarantee absolute silence.  
The indoor dining area is enriched by a nice round table that comfortably seats 4 people.  
The building has a concierge service.  
Optional extras include a covered parking space with direct access to the flat.  
  
The terrace is equipped with 2 chaise longues with mattresses and an extraordinary teak table seating 4 comfortably for a second outdoor dining area.  
  
A comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs guarantee pleasant relaxation.  
  
The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with a very comfortable mattress, with private access to a walk-in wardrobe.  
The second bedroom can accommodate, in 2 separate beds, 2 adults and is equipped with a nice desk, a piece of furniture with drawers and hangers to conveniently store each guest's wardrobe.  
Linen is provided with a change and a duvet for each guest in 2 different weights.  
A WiFi system with fibre ensures surfing at maximum speed.  
The house also has a state-of-the-art washer-dryer.  
The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a complete set of hygiene, body and beauty products from the ‘Aura Luxury Collection’.  
For the safety of guests there is also a medical first-aid kit.   
The area is quiet and very well served by public transport.
