Clean enough for what we needed. The lady cleaning rooms was very helpful but the office was mostly vacant. It’s a basic but adequate room and close to the park which was super nice! If you are looking for luxury look elsewhere but the price was fair and amenities few.

You really can’t beat the location or the affordability! That said, it’s definitely what comes to mind when I think of a traditional motel. The property could use some updating, a deep clean, and probably a fresh coat of paint. The staff, however, were SUPER sweet and friendly, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, if you’re looking for something affordable in a great location and aren’t expecting anything fancy, this place gets the job done.

Checkin was extremely quick and easy. Rooms a little outdated but clean and had lots of room. Would definitely recommend if you're just needing a place to lay your head at night and only 10 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor.

This is a great location between 2 restaurants. It's far enough away from the busy downtown area, but close enough to everything in Acadia that you want to see. It is an older motel, and some of the furnishings ae worn, but it was very clean. We satr nd sooutside in the front lawn on some chairs a few times. The pool area is nice, but we never got to use it because it was chilly outside.

Lovely little roadside motel surrounded by pine trees. Location was perfectly located less than 3 miles from Acadia. Assigned parking just outside of our room. Fire pit located on property. A lobster located just across the street. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Place was small but clean. Set in pines back from road. Fun outdoor family restaurant serving seafood and other foods just a walk away. Short drive into Bar Harbor downtown. Good parking and good price for high season summertime. We would stay the ere again.
