The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with built in air fryer mode for the oven, both Keurig and drip style coffeemakers, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Gather at the counter with seating for four, or enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats six comfortably. If you're traveling with additional guests, the home is stocked with two roll away beds that can fold down to provide comfortable auxiliary sleeping options. A shared hallway bathroom on the lower/entry level includes a shower/tub combo that is great for families. When you're ready for more entertainment, head to the garage, which has been transformed into a full game room. Designed for all-ages fun, this space is packed with entertainment: shoot hoops in the two-player basketball arcade, challenge friends to a round of skiball, go retro with the full-size arcade cabinet, or face off in a ping pong match. The home is located near the exclusive Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a heated pool and other fantastic amenities. Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the membership transfer fee must be paid in advance to the Club. The set up is perfect. The views are amazing and it had everything I needed to cook fantastic meals for our moms and son’s ski vacation. That being said the driveway was snow and ice so we couldn’t get up that in my four-wheel-drive Tahoe. There was a warning in the description about parking at the bottom of the driveway in winter weather. We didn’t think it would be an issue considering it hadn’t snowed for over a week and thought the snow may have been treated for our safety. It had not. The very long steps leading up to the house were covered in snow and ice. So dangerous we all fell in the driveway and a week later my knee is still bruised and sore. Getting up and down the steps carrying all of our luggage and supplies was bad and the advertised lift on the front of the house on the deck had a lock on the gate with no keys so we couldn’t even use that once we did get to the top of the hill. Management was contacted multiple times. On arrival we noticed four bags of garbage sitting just underneath the front porch and reported it out of concern for animals. No one responded. No one came to get the trash and we spent the rest of our stay with dirty diapers and garbage spread out all over the yard. It was Disgusting. We used the hot tub and in hindsight shouldn’t have because it had a green hue and none of our suits smelled like chemicals so we’re pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned but honestly except for the management, the house is fantastic. ##### Lisa Arment C.
