Welcome to Hidden Haven! • Private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain townhome in Banner Elk, NC • Brand new renovation with stunning mountain views • Perfect location - secluded but minutes from Sugar Mountain, Seven Devils and Downtown Banner Elk The Space •. Well stocked kitchen with all essentials and appliances (full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, and washer/dryer, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker) • Propane fire place in the living room • One master suite with king bed and attached bathroom • Two additional bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with a queen bed • Back porch with mountain views • High-speed WiFi • Smart Roku TVs in the living room and every bedroom. • Pack ‘n’ play available if desired. • We supply bed linens & bath towels • We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying with a larger group or for a longer time, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. • Air conditioning is not needed in Banner Elk for the majority of the year. However, there will be 2 bedrooms with access to a portable air conditioning unit. There are also ceiling fans & box fans in every bedroom. Pet Policy • Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. • If possible, please add pets to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout. • Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay. • Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. • Must pick up all droppings from pet(s). • Dogs must be fully housebroken. • Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens House Rules • NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment. • Do NOT leave any food outside the building. All trash MUST be placed inside the trash cans that are located inside the bear cages. If food or trash is left outside the bear cages, it WILL attract bears to the property. • Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs may result in $200 fee. • All visitors must be approved by host. • Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.I • In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. • Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. This was the first time we stayed in this location. It is convenient to Boone and Banner Elk and very close to the Profile Trail, which we visited each day. The condo was clean and comfortable. When we got here her eyes lit up and was so excited! The view off of the back deck of the mountains was awesome! We sat by the gas firepit every evening and enjoyed a beer or in her case a hot chocolate. This place is very close to grandfather mountain and other places to visit and things to do. Bedrooms are very spacious, and each one has a thermostat so you can control the temperature of the room you are in. When talking to the owners, there was always a quick response. Access to the room was super easy and very convenient. No need for an in person check in or out. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay. It's far enough out to enjoy nature but not too far away to where you can't enjoy a nice nightlife. I give this place a 5 out of 5 stars. I am hoping to come stay again and next time bring the rest of my family. Also as a side note, this is a pet friendly place with a limit of 2 dogs, just make sure to talk to the owners in advance.
