This home is ideally located less than 3 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 5 miles from downtown Banner Elk, 10 miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and 15 miles from Boone and Blowing Rock.

The Bird's Nest comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and up to 7 children. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a king bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. These two rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the lower level, you'll find a second master suite with a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom on this level features a queen bed and TV, with access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. The upper level offers an open bunk-style layout with a variety of beds, a large sectional, and a TV—perfect for kids. Please note that there is no bathroom on the upper level.

The main level boasts a wall of windows, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a cozy stacked stone gas fireplace with a large TV mounted above. For those needing to stay connected, a private office with a desk and high-speed internet makes working remotely easy and convenient.
