  • At Beechin' Views you will feel like you are on cloud 9, with one of the most impressive, panoramic views in the high country right outside on the back deck. This one story condo is located on the top floor (but has only 14 steps) and has many high end finishes that will make your mountain getaway unforgettable.
    Beechin' Views offers an open floor plan that includes a family room with vaulted ceilings and gas logs in the fireplace. A Kitchen with granite, steel appliances & is fully equipped-bakeware, dinnerware, & a bar area. Spacious primary suite with king size bed & views of Grandfather mountain from the bed plus En suite bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom has high end sleeper sofa & a built in office space-ideal to work from home. Family room also has a sleeper sofa. Direct views of Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Hanging Rock, Linville Peak & at least 5 others! Did we mention the views are AMAZING?? Walk to shops & restaurants-near all town amenities. Easy walk to Overlook Barn Venue. Can be booked for lower rates for weeks or months.

This was a fabulous place to stay with a gorgeous view from many different angles. The fire place was so cozy and the views from the master bedroom, den, and dining table were perfect. I would highly recommend staying here. Host was very responsive. The pictures are accurate and all instructions were very clear. Such an enjoyable weekend in a perfect place! Close to restaurants and shops.

We arrived to the property at 7:00 pm and there was an active construction within the townhouse location. Across the street and to the side same development. Hammering, air compressors. Music. General construction noise and it continued to 9:00 pm We could not open windows or doors due to the high level of noise. We contacted the host/owner and asked for discount since the description did not alert to construction noise and projects. Incorrect description The host was extremely rude and said we could leave and she would refund. That was not an option since it was late evening and no where to go. Two names were listed to contact one being her husband who we also reached out to and she told me not to contact him. Anyway they both were rude and evasive to the situation. She said it was not her problem and that I would have to contact VRBO and make the request for a partial refund. Get it. They made us, the guests do all the leg work. We paid for one night at full rate, no discount given and we cancelled the next day with a partial refund. They made no action to help with our concern. Did not apologize and they made us prove that the situation had occurred by providing photos of the construction. The owners did not live nearby. They also wanted us to tell construction workers to stop, which certainly would not be the guests responsibility
