"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget. Good point. Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"Beautiful, top-equipped and spotlessly clean house located directly at lake Balaton. The peaceful setting and breathtaking views, especially at sunset, make it an ideal place to unwind. We really enjoyed the boat ride with the available boat during the sunset. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The landlady is exceptionally friendly and helpful. "overall it was an excellent experience – a great family hotel, very clean, well-maintained, with a fun atmosphere and good service. The only downside was the pricing of extras – lunch at the restaurant, drinks at the pool, in the room, and in the restaurants were extremely overpriced, which feels unreasonable. Since it’s clearly a kids’ hotel, of course parents will buy, and it seems the hotel takes advantage of that with inflated prices. Another small downside was the large number of mosquitoes.
