"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel. "
"The hotel services in general was adorable & amazing, the staff were great and very friendly with smiling faces, I loved the atmosphere in the hotel, food was great too, absolutely amazing
