« This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!! »

« The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5! »

« The checkin process was easy and the place was very clean and accurate to listing. We were able to find everything that we needed easily. We had a great time in the kayaks and really enjoyed the outdoor shower (which was so great to not track sand and dirt everywhere!). Plenty of games to play and movies to watch. « My husband and I stayed at Heidis place while visiting GR for an appointment. The carriage house was perfect for one night. Clean space, beautiful location and easy check-in. The pool looked inviting, but we were too busy to jump in. There is a fenced area near the pool that kept the backyard seperate from the space you're in which was nice since we had our pups with us. -Just a heads up to future guests: the Keurig was there but no coffee pods only tea pods, and there were no paper towels. « Our first impression was a WOW! It really never changed from a wow during our entire stay. My 2 extremely minimal suggestions would be to maybe bring your own pillow and that the shower head was not the easiest to use for those with longer hair. We are excited to book our trip here again next year! A really nice VRBO through and through.The host was also extremely nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you! »

« We really liked this rental. We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy with the neighbors but things calmed down over the week which was nice. The screened porch was great and we used it a lot. One thing to be aware of which is not a criticism it's just how it is, that the swimming platform in front of the property is not owned by the property (it's been upgraded from the pictures in the listing and there are two diving boards on it and it's really nice).
