The hotel has a fantastic location: very close to the train station and is very close to downtown. The rooms are beautiful and big. « Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour à l'hôtel Chrysso, toujours aussi confortable et agréable. Et je le choisis toujours prioritairement. Les chambres sont impeccables, le service agréable, et l'hôtel est en plein centre. La salle de bains est parfaitement équipée. Il arrive néanmoins l'été que la rue soit bruyante, ce qui est gênant si on dort la fenêtre ouverte, et si on a une chambre sur la rue. Je suggérerais tout de même de mettre un toaster pour le petit déjeuner... »

« Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. »
