« My family of three stayed here on August 2024\. The staff were incredible, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They helped us book tours to Fansipan, they answered all of our random questions and inquiries and offered to find info on our flights when our SIM card wasn’t working and when there was urgency. The location was in the center of the city, in walking distance to everything. Complimentary breakfast was offered for every day of our stay…a perfect way to kick off our days. My husband...

« This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy. »

« We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. The breakfast (included) was decent and the staff were very polite and friendly. They helped us book our ticket back to Hanoi. Would...

Nous avons profité tous les jours de l’immense piscine et de la salle de gym attenante! C’est un excellent point pour l’hôtel que de disposer de ces équipements dernier-cri! (Nous avons pu en profiter toute la journée, même après notre Check out). Le buffet de petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes! Clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam. "We booked for 3 nights and we left after the first night. The room was horrible. Moisture, bugs, broken bed, and during the night the air conditionning start to flow near my son bed on the floor. For breakfast, some portable stove was broken. Food i side but no glass to keep the food hot. Everything is broken and dirty in this hotel. The only positive point is the owner and staff are really gentle."
