Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance. The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a truly welcoming experience. Nice clean room, breakfast was good. Located at the centre of Sapa, just opposite of the Sapa station. Lots of eateries, cafes, shops nearby. Room was large and clean, but had no windows. The only negative was that my son injured his leg on a sharp corner of the bed, but again, staff were helpful with bandages.
