The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance. The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax. What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a truly welcoming experience.
