5/5 Excellent
"Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming and assisted me very quickly (they even grabbed my luggage for me)! I speak very minimal Japanese, but they spoke enough English for an easy check in process. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Location is easy to find from the airport terminal and there are a good amount of dining options. "

"A little far away from the city center but with good connection though subway and free shuttle bus every 30min. It is good if you want to relax and disconnect from the big and crowded Japanese cities. We loved Kobe for that reason. Lovely city "
