The house was ok. A great location for 4x4 beach, restaurants, and sound access. However, everyday after spending the day on the beach we would come home to a 80 degree house. Cooking makes it hot as well. There was no reprieve. The system would almost get caught up overnight to just begin to heat up again. An mini-split in the living room could eliminate this issue altogether. It was miserable being in the house from 11-6\. We tried to stay out most of that time. The listing also talks about the chef, in your party, having everything needed. We didn’t have a frying pan, a pot big enough to steam crab legs, and the trash compactor is a little over whelming. We also had issues with the smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night. The sunsets were amazing and we saw somereally great storms come across the sound.
