The condo is beautiful, new, clean with high end look n feel. Gorgeous views of Beaver Creek hills and slopes was bonus. Loved the easy access to shops, restaurants, and the on-site hot tubs and pools, however, the BEST part was the ski/board valet at the connected Westin Hotel, which made it uber easy to walk from the condo, grab your boots, skis and poles and walk onto the gondola that drops you slopeside! The kids loved the dedicated pool, hot tubs, game room in addition to the Westin amenities that are shared with the hotel such as the ski valet and fitness center. Excellent location - close to skiing, lake, library and kids playgrounds. Very clean and we loved the incredible views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The living room furniture is not super comfortable and is smaller than it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable. The finishes throughout are gorgeous - loved the wide plank wood flooring. The only downside we experienced was no AC due to problems with the main heat pump (a portion of the building was affected). Coming from Oklahoma, the nights were hot. The property manager did bring us fans however and we were partly reimbursed. Had I known the AC wasn’t in working order I wouldn’t have chosen this condo. It is a new building and they are working out the “kinks”. Just verify the AC is in working order before booking.
