The air conditioner couldn’t keep up. The master bedroom was very warm. The path to the beach is a bit overgrown and could be trimmed back. When you walked through and disturbed the brush you would get swarmed by mosquitoes. If you have older people with you as we did the walk to the beach is a bit difficult. ##### David E.
