Second floor offers huge great room (pool and foosball table) with tons of brand new windows in 2024 and natural light, a newly remodeled kitchen, half bath, and a sunroom/dining room and office. Third floor boasts two ensuite king bedrooms and another living room to retreat to! Outside, relax and enjoy the covered sun decks and views of the ocean. Walk out your driveway to conveniently access the community beach access walkway. Close to everything, enjoy the multiuse path to walk or bike to nearby dining and shops (and of course Duck Donuts!) or just for the exercise. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful views from the upper level private Masters decks and the main level spacious deck. The kitchen is well appointed, the bedrooms large, and the full baths are quite large...which is unusual in my experience.Our Goldens loved lounging on the sunny deck when we weren't walking on the beach, which is a quick walk away.
