The lower-level lounge offers additional space to relax, complete with a fireplace, game area with a pool table, ping pong, and shuffle board, wet bar, and entertainment setup. Take some time for yourself and work out in the private fitness room, equipped with machines and weights. Outdoors, a private patio with a grill and hot tub provides the perfect après-ski setting.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 13 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 3.
- There are three parking spaces in the driveway.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
