Direct ski-in/ ski-out access to your back door. Our condo is centrally located near the main skier plaza, a short distance to the lifts and just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities. You have immediate access to all of the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this exceptional residence. Nothing defines “first-class resort” as perfectly as Beaver Creek, with its immaculately groomed slopes, charming village, heated pathways, escalators and some of the best skiing and snowboarding Colorado has to offer. Our condo is beautifully furnished and is perfect for large families. It will be an instant home away from home for you while on your vacation! The kitchen is ideal design for making delicious meals while on your vacation. Enjoy your time in Beaver Creek or contact a local Uber driver for quick a 10 minute drive to visit Vail Village and Vail Mountain. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed (Middle floor) 2nd Bedroom - King Bed (Walk out floor) 3rd Bedroom - Bunkbed (Single over Full) and a single trundle bed (Walk out floor) Den- Murphy bed/Full (walk out floor) On-site amenities at Highlands Slopeside include: underground garage parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, and small fitness center. Access to these amenities is included in your stay. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). STR license # from Eagle County is 129.1 Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
