There were written instructions, videos, and quick response to messages. We loved staying in Market Square. You come off the elevator, and you are right there in the middle of the Village. The views were nice from the condo, part village, part mountain. My only complaints are very small ones. There is no ice maker in the fridge, which we didn't know ahead of time. Also, there was no sugar and a scant amount of salt and pepper. If I had known that, I would have brought all those things. All in all, it was an amazing trip. We had groceries delivered so we were able to enjoy meals in the kitchen. The only thing we did not like about this condo was that the thermostat could not be adjusted. It was set on 76 which is too hot for us to sleep at night. The owner did tell us that we could keep the window open at night but that led to our sinuses being very dry in the morning. There are humidifiers in the closet, but that won't do much if you have to have the window open. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. butbthasr is not ##### Grace M. The condo is cozy, we’ve been repeat customers we enjoy it so much. Its definitely a splurge but so convenient esp with kids. We come from Texas and once we arrive we rarely use our car. Our favorite restaurants are Dusty Boot and Blue Moose pizza. ##### heidi s. Overall the condo was perfect for a family of 5\. We would to come back nest year! The only recommendations I have are 1) better pillows in the master bedroom (easy fix). 2) figure out how to cool down the unit at night (leaving the window open can get too loud and disturb kids sleep). ##### Alexis R. The place feels so homey and Charlie is great to work with. The board games could use updating, it would be 5/5 if price was lower. My kids love the jet tub in the condo after skiing all day. Dusty Boot was our favorite place to eat there, short wait and kid friendly ##### heidi s. It had a washer/dryer which was awesome. The place is dated & they could remove a lot of the decor to make it more current and less crowded. However, the pictures are accurate & you know upfront what you’re getting. Checking in was easy and covered parking convenient. We were there in the summer & the only thing we missed was a pool. You can get a pass at the Hyatt for $75 per person which wasn’t worth it to us. All in all, it was a great location & timely communication. ##### Ashley M. The furniture is way too big for it. It’s hard to maneuver. The kitchen is too tight for two people. The bathtub in the master is really hard to get into (2 feet step). The air conditioning is a joke - tubes coming through the window connected to an appliance and it doesn’t work to boot. Several different codes to remember - for the garage, to get a luggage cart, for the elevator, etc. very complicated. But the location is unbeatable. Just know there are zero amenities in the building (no fitness center, no pool or hot tub) ##### amit m.
