This home is located in the idealistic north end of Avon and is a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the salty air on your skin and relax in the seating all around the home. Under the house, enjoy use of the fish cleaning station and outdoor shower. The first level of the home has four of the five bedrooms and the perfect screened-in porch to gather the family. Stream your favorite movie on the TV in the screened-in porch and relax on the couch surrounded by beautiful beachy décor. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bath, the other two bedrooms, a queen and a bedroom with two singles, share the hall bath. Upstairs, comfort is at the heart. Choose between various couches and chairs all with spectacular views of the island, most undisturbed by development. Make dinner as the sun sets in the kitchen and choose inside or outside to eat your meal. Inside, choose between the four-seater dining table or the three-seater breakfast bar.
