Séjour de 7 nuits en janvier 2026 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Vicki H. 12 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Location but would benefit from better processes. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay with reasonable accommodations. I found the following challenging: 1) one key. When you need it to also use the elevator, it means you must always be in a group. That was inconvenient and cumbersome. 2) 1 hand towel. We requested more but never received them. A 1 hand-towel policy at this resort is absurd. 3) lights & batteries (i.e. for the tv remote) went out during our occupancy. The schedule for changing those items should be revisited. 4) The arrival process. There was no prior indication that we would only receive entry information on the day of arrival (any other provider who works in that manner let us know that process in advance). We therefore expected there to be a check-in desk (which is sometimes the case). Instead, we spent an hour trying to find the location (which was not earlier provided and could not be discerned without an address because of its placement in the middle of Beaver Creek). We ultimately found the directions, with your help, in our spam folder, but it is much easier to explain the process in advance. ##### Vicki H.
