It's a budget hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, but the bed was sinking in the middle and it was not the best night sleep. Breakfast was ok.

Monastic cell
The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is terrible. The room is so tiny you think you are on the train. Bathroom is 2’x2’ at best. Walls and ceiling were dirty...the rooms are so tiny don’t know how they get cleaned , but they do. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I would not recommend this place.

Very conveniently located, near the highway and Avignon. Easy to find and with enough parking. The rooms are as shown on the picture and clean. The bathrooms could be refreshed a bit. Breakfast on the terrace was unexpectedly quiet and comfy.

Nice friendly staff. About 2 Kim's from Parc des Expo. Room ok but a bit dark. Noisy area off main road and Saturday motor bikes next door. Breakfast adequate.

Ideal for overnight stay
Hotel is located on the outskirts of Avignon near to a retail park (approx. 10 minutes drive). Not much around (on foot) but a short drive to nearby restaurants on the retail park e.g. Flunch, McDonalds, KFC, Hippo. Cheap and cheerful but ideal for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi. TV had Canal+ Breakfast basic but ok. We couldn't get the aircon to blow cool, only warm, but fortunately it wasn't the middle of summer. Friends in another room also found the same, maybe it was due to time of year. Our room was a double bed with a single bunk overhead.

Super small room but also super cheap
The room was super small, but you get what you pay for, so if you want super cheap then stay here. For 3 adults our room was tight. The third person won't be able to sit upright on their bed which is above the other 2. The bathroom was small. We left our towel and clothes just outside the door and brought them in after showering. Lots of parking available here which was great.

Super small but super cheap
Our GPS had difficulty finding the place but we finally did. Room is super small. The one we had on the ferry from England to France was larger. Beds are ok. No space for suitcases. Room was air-conditioned which was good as all the smokers were standing on the walkway outside the rooms to smoke. We put a towel at the base of the door to keep it out overnight. There's quite a bit of parking available. Lots of shops nearby so you can find somewhere to eat. Larger people will find the shower hard to use.

Just a stopover on a long trip, as usual in an industrial estate but this time no local restaurants, not even Maccy-Dees the guy on the desk was very nice and everything "Worked" but no in any way special

Great Deal, but Far Away
The hotel itself was lovely. It's set up the way a motel is in the US, where the rooms are accessed from outside. The room had three beds, one which was a lot, and it was quite small but still comfortable. The beds are tiny though, not great if you want to cuddle someone! The bathroom was nice too, though again a bit small. Breakfast was well stocked too. The only major problem was the location. This hotel is in a suburb of Avignon, near Montfavet train station, and it's far enough out of the way that Google maps will not help you. There are buses that you can figure out or ask reception for information on, but on our first day we just walked from the station. The shortest way was along a road with no sidewalks, which was terrifying. Barring that, this place is a pretty good deal! Great for backpackers who want a bit more privacy than a hostel.

We lived there 3 nights. The smell is not good and cheap while entering the room. After one night, a smell like stiny water come out. Bad design of the shower and water spread out easily while taking shower. The only thing I recognized is the frontdesk and very helpful and kind. However, I will not select this hotel anymore even it's cheap.

Ideal for a stopover but not for an extended visit
We intended to use the hotel as a base for visiting Avignon but it turned out to be a little to far from the main attractions for comfort.. It was however conveniently located close to the main Route Nationals and makes an ideal overnight stop. After much searching we found a cheap and cheerful Restaurant near the Airport but that was about it for dining out in the evening..

Small tiny room. Enough for 2. We have an adjoining room with internal door for the 3rd person. 1 room was clean the other less. For this price if u have a car u can't find a better solution. The breakfast for 5€ is a gift!

Good value for money during the festival. Free parking. 5 min driving distance to a big mall with supermarket, restaurants and shops. Not too far away from Avignon city center, 10~15min drive. Tiny bathroom with comfortable bed.

Clean small inexpensive hotel.
The hotel is recently renovated. The rooms have all the facilities and are comfortable, albeit very small. They are good enough if you are only looking for a place to spend the night. It is 15min of drive from Avignon. There is continental breakfast for 5 euros including juice, coffee, breads and yogurts. The staff was helpful and indicated us the way to Avignon's free parking.

Cheap hotel bit out of town. We just wanted somewhere to spend the night with no thoughts of visiting Avignon town itself so this did the trick. There's a coffee machine in the foyer.

Had a two night stop over this is a good cheap hotel Easy to find rooms are basic but you get what you pay for . Their is a bus stop just out side so it's easy to get to the old avignon it only takes about 10 mins. Breakfast could be better not much choice but it gets you going .

first time in a 1 star hotel, did not think the condition can be this poor, the room is so tinny and the bunk bed cannot even sit up. if this is in a crowded and convenient downtown location, then it would be OK, but this is in a rural area, why making the room so tinny? the front desk is also very cold and do not seem want to answer any question.

Simple but effective!
We stayed here for 2 nights on our way through Provence. We had a car, so enjoyed the free parking at the hotel and it made getting in and out of Avignon very simple for us. It is about a 5min drive to old city. We used the Parking Italiens which is a park and ride at one end of the town - be wary though - it is used by most workers in town so beyond 8am-5pm it is tricky getting a spot! The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious apart from the bathroom which is no big issue because its cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet is strongest at reception but you do get some in your room. Worked well for us at a good cost!

Good if you need a place to sleep And travel by car.Room is cheap but clean.dont expect anything as its a Motel class.Bathroom dont have exhaust and its so small that shower is very difficult.but I wanted a budget place which is clean just to retire for the night and near the highway as we had a car. Chambre 215, odeur détestable, je croyais que les toilettes étaient pleines et bouchées... Moisi autour de la porte, et odeur de choux pourri dans la cabine douche/toilette. Plinthes sales, le tout était un peu limite. Sinon Ras.

Je n'y retournerais pas
Commençons par le fait qu'on ai plutôt bien dormi. Literies correctes et confortable. Par contre chambre très étroites, chambre triple c'est trop serré. Salle de bain très étroite aussi, pas pratique. Évacuation de la douche et du lavabo bouché... Porte qui grince. Pour le prix de la nuit je suis déçue, d'autres hôtels étaient mieux pour le même prix...
