The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a great bonus. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location—just a short walk from the main train station. My room was on the top floor with its own large, covered deck. Room was clean and with an updated bathroom : I forgot my cell charger and when I returned from lunch it was at the front desk for me. The lift helped with my luggage, but inside there was still some steps. The hotel doesn’t have that extremely fresh feel, but it was definitely clean and comfortable. Avignon was our first stop in the South of France and we were quite taken aback by her total disinterest. Property has many steps so if travelling with big luggage or have mobility issues please be aware. Even room accesible by the lift have some stairs to access. Steps down into hotel lobby as well. Room was small but clean and functional. However initial staff member totally marred our experience. Thankfully other staff we dealt with were polite and lovely. Breakfast very limited, not recommended to have included. My room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly. However, the toilet tank leaked and flushed automatically every few minutes throughout my three-night stay. Despite reporting it on the first day, it was not fixed until I checked out.
