"We had a great stay at The Armstrong Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location and overall atmosphere made for a wonderful experience. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise. The rooms have hardwood floors, and you can hear people walking around in the room above, especially early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, I'd definitely recommend requesting a room on the third floor to avoid the overhead noise."

"Recently updated. Fun decor. Pool and hot tub were nice. Didn't have very much interaction with staff other than the woman who checked us in, but she was pleasant and courteous. The room was nice, with lots of new things, but have a couple of aspects that seem a bit like a "polished turd". I say that lightly and would certainly stay here again. The only annoyances were we were there for 3 nights and there was no fridge in our room, and the scent of the provided soaps, shampoo, and conditioner was like bug spray. The AC was very loud in my opinion . Certainly wouldn't matter to someone who isn't a light sleeper."

"This house on mountain was wonderful. Loved sitting and drinking my coffee on the couch looking out at the street in the morning. We walked everywhere. So close to trail and old town with all the shops and restaurants. If we are ever back in Fort Collins we will definitely stay here."

"Eva and Curt have a gem here, and are clearly great hosts. Good communication, sparkling clean place, and terrific location. It is a one bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen, including coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave and small refrigerator. Good shower, pretty back yard, just perfect for one person! Thank you Eva for bookending my visits to CSU these seven years - went from checking in my freshman to helping her get married. Started and ended at 521 W Mtn!"

"The house is indeed a very cute cottage in a terrific location with a beautiful short walk to downtown. There were a very minor defects that we informed Stacey about, and she was quite responsive to repair things. The check in/out timing seemed rather strict as is the limitation on visitors. Otherwise it was great!"
