« Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion). »

« Beautiful property. Nice furnishings. However, one of the closets smelled very musty. And the HVAC system would not shut off. Even on heat it was still blowing cold air. I didn’t know it was a that home share thing until I arrived. And breakfast was lacking. While I’ve said quite a few negative things here I would still recommend it. It’s a nice place that is different from staying at a traditional hotel. If you like that sort of thing, this place is for you. »

« SUPER CLEAN and comfortable room! SHOUTOUT to “Nicole”! (name on the housekeeping notecard) Luxurious bathroom! Beautiful artwork in the room and around the property. We were in a double queen room overlooking the pool and a pond with marshy area beyond, which was beautiful. There were 2, skinny wardrobes, one on each side of the beds. Large TV. Lighting was good. « Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you »

« The bathtub had a crack that had been attempted to be repaired, was dirty, the shower head was worthless, and the bathtub faucet had no stop and spun all the way around »

« This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed. »
