« The check in experience was great. The property is incredibly clean. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The only issue we had was the scarcity of coffee. There was a small kcup style coffee maker in the room but it is not enough for two people in the mornings. Most casinos have coffee at their drink stations but not this one & when you ask the worker at the restaurant for coffee they acted like it was an imposition. Otherwise the hotel would be given 5 stars. »

« The place was listed to be the best in the area, which was a complete lie. It was dirty rundown things were broken, torn, moldy, not cleaned wallpaper peeling rusted. It was downright disgusting terrible circumstances no housekeeping staff on the weekend no maintenance staff on the weekend. one elevator to use and the one elevator that was available smelled like urine it listed as pool and hot tub. There was no water in the hot tub and the pool looked like you could catch something by touching...

« Coffee maker was dated, not a Keurig. Disposal was jammed & not working, but they fixed it right away. Everything else was very nice. Comfortable place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good food for breakfasts. Definitely recommend this place. »
