Beautifull place in front of Mountain, waterfront in a Domain.  
  
 The proximity of all.  
VUE VUE VUE, ESTRIE, canton de l'est, Magog, Orford, Eastman, Austin

3 bedrooms, 2 desks to work with a beautifull vue,  
 2 bathrooms.  
Embarcations on my duck.  
Beach too. Big pool to proximity  
1h15 from Montréal.  
 Near ski, golf, attractions...  
 Orford, Bromont, Sutton, Jay Peak and Owl's Head... places to walk.... skating, a lot of restos.. Magog, theatre, cinema, a lot of spas at proximity, L'Abbaie St-Benoît du Lac, Les champs de lavande, Le Grand Cru (cruse) and a lot of things ....   
  
Wonderfull place to stay, quiet, with   
big Land 40000 feet squares.  
A very big gallery of 40 feet and under the gallery, already recovered to admire the beautifull nature.   
  
Give you a chance, we have only one life. Big New Windows, to see nature and wonderfull of all seasons.  
  
Summer ; natation, kayak, pédalo, gulf, velo etc...  
Winter: Ski, walk, skating, fixing...racquets...
