« Amazing place to re-boot. The cabin is clean and very well stocked. You rarely hear anything other than the sound of nature. Kimberly was amazing in any question we had , responding immediately. Bring you your food and stay put here to relax, reboot and re-energize here. We will be back for more than 3 nights next time. Easy drive from Bangor airport. Best vrbo experience ever. »

« The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. Basic and met our needs. We would come back again. »

« Location, cleanliness, amenities were all a 10, but the downstairs bed was hard as a rock, and the others were so so. Comfortable beds are a must, Invest in some better bedding and this place would be a perfect 10. I would also suggest a queen sized bed for the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise we had a great vacation visiting Acadia and the surrounding area. »

« I loved how quiet and isolated this property was! You could hear a pin drop when standing outside. There weren't even any birds to wake you in the morning. « Everything was great. House was very clean. As noted in description there is a second house on the property that is located between you and the water. « The kids went straight to the water and before we even checked out the house, plans were being made for our next vacation here and renting this property. Waterfront property, fire pit, beautiful garden, completely fenced in yard for the pups, separate sleeping quarters above the garage for those who want to retreat from the kiddos, we had absolutely nothing but great things to say about this property. « Overall the trip was great the house was not bad, But the driveway is very rough on low riding vehicles. I also found it weird that during my stay the owner message to me to let me know he would be dropping off a snow plow at the house that day. I know it's their property and all it just felt weird as I paid thousands of dollars to be there. »

« We loved the quiet getaway this cabin provided. It was very clean. We were able to easily explore Acadia (both MDI and the Schoodic peninsula) from here. « Overall the place was nice. We didn’t get a chance to kayak, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. The kitchen was well stocked and we made all our dinners there. « Restored cottage overlooking the bay was a welcome treatment while we traversed the trials and tribulations of chemo with the love of my life. Immaculately finished, this home provided us a welcome respite sorely needed from Tennessee. Cora, Elizabeth and Pelican were the perfect hosts and provided us all the information we needed during our stay. « The place met our needs for sleeping/showers etc. Kitchen well equipped if you came to cook. Was disappointed there was no fire pit (does offer chiminea). Furniture is not very comfortable for TV watching. Also when looking at the photos it appeared the water was closer than a mile or so away. « L’hôtel était bien et quand même propre ! Le seul désavantage c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, malgré que c’est seulement 2 étages lorsque tu arrives avec une grosse valise c’est moins facile.
