The room wasn't. Supposedly the bathroom was handicap accessible. Not really. It had security bars but a person in a wheelchair would not have been able to maneuver in it. It had a tub which would have been impossible for a wheelchair user. The room was smaller than the regular room I had before so q wheelchair wouldn't even have fitted on the room. The key card from previous hotel user was still on the table. No towels though staff brought them. The trash hadn't been emptied. I wasn't sure if the bed was clean so slept on top with my own bedding. The AC unit was weird. There was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee maker in the lobby. Which was pretty frustrating there are vending machines but not for coffee. There is a drive-through coffee place next-door, but it would be nice to have other options. The housekeeping staff was very nice. The lobby door was locked. It seemed like 24/7 you had to ring the bell before someone came and unlocked to let you in. I don’t know if that’s because the area is not safe or what reason. It’s on a busy road that can be difficult to make a left out of but we did not feel unsafe and did not have any problem with our stay.
