I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but that is not the case. It is located just off the main shopping street in a neighborhood with a view of a gas station :-(. It's quiet at night, but noisy with vehicle traffic during the day. We were out and about during the day and only used the home for sleeping, showering etc. It was just fine for that, but a relaxing vacation home to spend time in, this is not. That said, it is clean and well managed with good communication with the property management. I would not say it's a 10 or "exceptional". IMO it's a 6 at best. It's just okay. I would not book it again.
