This is a great house with an awesome deck and hot tub. It is a completely stand alone house in the forest. The house is located on the hill overlooking the bay at 110M elevation. A couple things to keep in mind when you rent this property. 1-The car parking spot is fifty stair steps below the house. 2-The parking spot leaves the car 1/4 into the road so something to consider if you are brining your own car. There is no space for a second car.The car that comes with the house is a true “Island Car” but runs well. ##### Scott N. Having a car included is a big plus. The place itself is stunning, with a great view of the water. The laundry facilities work great, and there's two drying racks (I wish more places had two!). The shower was hot. The bed was firm and comfortable. There's a separate a/c unit in the bedroom which we liked. The water is filtered but it's recommended to drink bottled water; there's a Four Square about a five minute drive away that sells 5L waters. We loved our stay here and would stay again ##### Eric D.
