"There was plenty for people with young children, the beach was ok but there were a lot of stones. There was a choice of 3 restaurants we preferred restaurant 3. The biggest down fall of this hotel was the lack of entertainment in the evening for adults without children, they have plenty of area’s where they could hold evening entertainment for adults. There for I don’t thing I would return to this hotel. The manager that was very welcoming was the restaurant manager in K3"

"Very happy we found this place on Expedia .Excellent price compared to a normal “package”- Hotel arranged taxi transfer - superior double room was superb with direct pool access and the whole place was spotless. Peaceful and quiet and short stroll to a few lovely tavernas and a great little bar. Easy walk downhill to Almyrida but quite hard back up in the heat! We stayed for 14 nights and enjoyed a fab breakfast every morning - special thanks to the cleaning ladies who did a great job ( usually while we were at breakfast!). Although we didn’t hire a car it would have been an advantage. Finally all the staff were lovely particularly the breakfast staff."

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"

"Beautiful luxury hotel with a perfect location, and intimate settings. Nice rooms and amenities. Excellent service everywhere, very efficient at the pool and beach bars. Very good breakfast, upscale buffet. Terrific a-la-carte restaurants with exceptional staff. Nice spa and excellent massages (Maria and George). Only one downside : a very slow check-in process. Highly recommended."

"My kids really enjoyed the pools but I feel that being 4 and 6 were too young for the Aquapark. We booked online a bungalow room but it was in reality a room. The first two days the bedsheets of our king size bed were too small for the mattress size. The dirty glasses and cups in the room were rinsed not changed, so we started to use the paper ones. We had to asked several times for a bathroom mat for the shower. Staff was friendly and food of the restaurants was excellent. On the other hand, the buffets were OK."

"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."
