The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the other which has a trundle bed (twin and a pullout twin underneath). A washer and dryer is located in a utility room just as you enter the house. Access to the back deck and a fully enclosed yard and outdoor shower is available through one of the bedrooms. The second floor contains three bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. The two back bedrooms contains a flatscreenTV along with a queen bed and beautiful walk in tiled showers. The front master bedroom contains a king bed along with an additional twin bed and opens up to a large patio deck with ocean views. The third floor is the main living area with an awesome ocean view from the deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops, an island bar with stools to seat 3, a kitchen table with chairs to seat 6 along with a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The location was perfect - just minutes from the beach! My children loved the pool table, which was a nice bonus! The house was very clean and well taken care of. We all cook together in the kitchen or head out to local restaurants. Atlantic City is about a 15 minute drive. Spend the day on the beach or on one of the decks reading books or in the family room working on puzzles. All in all it is a great gathering place for families. ##### Rita D. We love this house and location so much! Clean and spacious. Garages are well equipped with beach chairs and wagons. Elevator is a huge bonus. The house was exactly what we needed and was in a great location. It was out of the owner's control, but the only drawback was the amount of off season construction in the area. Both times we were very happy with the experience. It’s very clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped and is right across the street from the beach. Plus, it has an elevator. A real plus for getting heavier items up to the third floor which is where the kitchen, dining, and living area is located. We definitely plan to return again. ##### Russ H. Perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon happy hour(s). The elevator made it possible to keep the family together in 1 location. The large table in the kitchen area and the huge sectional provided plenty of room for lots of together time! Well stocked with the essentials (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels) Loved the fenced yard for the dog and loved being able to see the ocean from the upper deck. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of additional parking on the street by the beach (and you can see your car from the livingroom window if you park by the beach).
