  • Beach and ocean views from just about every room. 2 balconies that face the ocean with nothing to block your view. Pull into your garage and leave the car there for the week. Walk to restaurants, rides, ice cream, etc. (and of course the beach is a few paces away.) the home is cozy and in a quieter, slower part of town but a short walk to the action. You have no neighbors above or below you so no early morning banging above you and if you're making the early morning banging no one to worry about waking :)
