Located on Wesley Avenue (between 8th and 9th Street) in Ocean City’s Historical District, it is uniquely quaint and tranquil with only a 2-minute walk to Ocean City's treasured beach, boardwalk and downtown!

A very Rare Property that can accommodate 18 to 26 people over 3 different living levels (and Elevator) in a modern home. Not only are there 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths, but there is an extra Family/Media Room and one of the bedrooms is the size of a mini apartment with its own Living Room.

With over 3,200 square feet of living space, it’s the ideal home for family vacations and get-togethers.   
  
This one-of-a-kind property has NO steps to gain access on all floors nor steps in the interior of the home, making it perfect for small children and the elderly who want to come and relax down at the shore. Coupled with a large front porch where everyone can enjoy the scenes of the city and the ocean breezes, we offer a spacious deck off the master bedroom where you can relish in a well-deserved haven and a large deck off the large 3rd floor loft that has a small ocean view. #### Good location, responsive host, accommodated large group

Just over 20 family & friends stayed in one place, just two blocks from boardwalk. House needed some attention and fixes, and our host was responsive to our needs. I suggest bringing your own beach cart that can handle sand. Bring your own pillows. And know that you are sharing the house with another unit! My young kids liked to run down the halls, and the pounding was not a sound the neighbors below us enjoyed. Some other great stuff: extra fridge in basement; 10 beach tags came with house; beach toys provided; elevator was awesome for groceries! The alley between houses was great for scooter practice for 2-year-olds. Happy the garage was clean and that there was an outdoor shower to clean off sand. Was a week's vacation worth taking. P.S. Shared grill between houses, so prepare to coordinate with other guests!

#### What an amazing experience

The house was absolutely perfect. It was just right and it accommodated my family size. The house looked just like the pics listed. Not far from board work and other activities. I cannot wait to go back to visit I'm hoping I can stay in this house again or something extremely similar. Oh and Wendy the owner/ contact person was very nice and helpful. She was always reachable and responds quickly if you need anything. I definitely rate my overall stay here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wendy was just wonderful to deal with! Very accommodating! The house was very clean and I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. The third floor loft was great for all my grandchildren to have their own space and it kept the noise level down!! The front porch was very relaxing. Everything that we needed for the kitchen was provided. All we had to do is buy food. Same thing with the beach supplies. All the beach chairs and tags and play toys were all in the garage for our use.I would recommend this rental place for any large family. It worked out very well for us.

#### Exactly as described and pictured - and more!

Our extended family, including two toddlers, had an amazing vacation in this well-appointed, clean, and beautiful home. It seems like every detail has been considered including kitchen tools that make at-home cooking a breeze. The lay-out is fabulous - we had our kids and grandkids stay on one floor while we created our own haven on the top floor. There are multiple decks that make outside space comfortable in every part of the day and evening. The location is just super - a few blocks from the beach and the best part of the boardwalk close by. We have our fingers crossed for a return visit. Thank you, Wendy. You're a great host and have a marvelous home.

#### It was a spectacular week. We’re coming back for sure.

You simply cannot find a better place for multiple families. We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 5\. Every family had their own bathroom. Two huge areas for family fun but lots of decks and rooms for solitude as well. The elevator was a lifesaver for our grandson in a wheelchair and for my wife with a back injury. We were the last renters of the season but the entire home was spotless. Wendy welcomed us like family. She was gracious,attentive and available but otherwise invisible. Our 3 children and their spouses thanked us repeatedly throughout the week for giving them such an amazing vacation experience.

#### Great home for a large group. Plenty of space and perfect distance to beach and boardwalk!

Our family had so much fun. This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we will be back for sure! So many memories were made and we will cherish them for years to come. We were so close to the beach and boardwalk, it made life easy. There is an elevator which made unpacking and packing up a breeze. Everything you need for cooking a fabulous meal is provided so you save money by not eating out all the time. Beach gear is provided so you do not need to pack your car with that stuff! The only down side is no beach tags but for a week you can purchase one for $25\. Again we had an amazing time and will be back for sure! Thanks Wendy for being a tremendous host.

#### A most enjoyable Easter Holiday stay!

The house is very nice and a great location for walking to the beach, Boardwalk, and downtown. The elevator was wonderful for going from the first floor to the second and third floors. It's a great house providing ample space for separation of shared by large number of people. The porches are wonderful for relaxing, eating and reading. We rented over the Easter Holiday and had a great time with our kids and grandkids!
