FEATURES: \- The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city, with comfortable seating & a 75 in TV with an exceptional speaker system. \- One of the highlights of our home is the chef's kitchen, which features Kitchen Aid appliances; a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have full access to the home, premium amenities, & complimentary toiletries. RULES & POLICIES: Pool access is limited to stays of five days or longer due to HOA restrictions. No guests outside the reservation are permitted at the pool.Swim at your own risk. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. GRILL \- The grill is for guests use & recreational enjoyment, as with all appliances & amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use. We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. We were able to explore a few local staples within walking distance.
